Orders + Shipping

Most of our products are made-to-order, so we rarely offer returns. Please do not hesitate to ask questions before ordering. 

All orders travel by USPS or UPS and ship M-F. We ship orders for in-stock products 3-5 days after purchase. If we are unable to ship within this timeframe, we will let you know. 

Shipment confirmation and tracking info will be emailed to you when your order sends. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

*Normal shipping fees don't apply to subscription services.

Domestic Shipping

Within the US, we ship USPS Priority Mail. Domestic shipping fees are based on weight.*
Orders up to 1 lb = $7.25
Orders 1 lb – 1.5 lb = $8.00
Orders 1.5 lb – 2.5 lb = $10.00
Orders 2.5 lb and up = $12.oo

*For reference, 1 Boxy Cosmetic Bag weighs 1 lb.

International Shipping

For Canada addresses:
Orders up to 1 lb = $11.00
Orders 1 lb – 1.5 lb = $17.00
Orders 1.5 lb – 2.5 lb = $24.00
Orders 2.5 lb and up = $35.00

All other international shipping is billed after order is placed based on dimensions, value, weight and destination. We will contact you when order is received. Any taxes, duties, customs fees charged by your country are strictly your responsibility.

We accept PayPal, debit, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Your credit card will be charged at the time you submit your order.

Other Info

Due to the handmade method of production, there may be times when demand exceeds supply. In this case we will notify you immediately with an estimated shipping date, and give you a chance to reconfirm your order.
